Mini Splits in Draper, Utah

Basements, additions, garages and bonus rooms in Draper homes often fight the main system for comfort. A ductless mini split adds quiet, zoned heating and cooling exactly where you need it, with a clean line-set route and an outdoor unit placed to suit your yard.

Mini split systems solve comfort problems that traditional ducted equipment cannot reach. Bonus rooms above garages, finished basements, home offices, additions, shops and commercial spaces with uneven loads all benefit from independent temperature control, and K&D Mechanical installs and services ductless systems throughout Herriman and the surrounding Utah communities.

Draper's terrain makes it one of the more interesting cities we serve. Homes on the east bench deal with strong sun exposure, significant elevation changes between floors and canyon wind, while properties closer to the valley floor have their own load characteristics. A one-size-fits-all approach does not produce comfort in Draper.
